Customer Service Return Policy ( Please Read Carefully ) Before returning any product to us for return or repair service, please call our customer service toll-free number 888-656-5869 to request for a Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA number is valid only for 21 days from date of issue. All returns must be shipped prepaid to us. Product must be accompanied by a copy of sales receipt or proof of purchase within 60 days, properly packed to withstand the hazards of shipment, with the RA number, your return address on the outside of the box and a brief description of what is wrong with the product. We are not responsible for any returns that do not reach our facility. Therefore we recommend that a form of tracking to be included with your return. Failure to provide a RA number and a copy of sales receipt/proof of purchase with returned product will be refused and returned to sender at sender expense.
